Refund & Exchange Policy

At this time, Pretty Petty Co does not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We do understand that things happen, so we are happy to offer exchanges for store credit under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Original packaging must be included

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping).

Additional Notes:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Store credit does not expire

• Final sale, clearance items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange
