In-Stock Items

• All in-stock items will ship ASAP, typically within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Preorder Items

• Preorders will not ship until the items arrive to us.

• Each preorder listing includes its estimated Turnaround Time (TAT) — please read the full product description before purchasing.

• TATs may vary by item and are subject to change due to supplier delays.

Orders with In-Stock + Preorder Items

• Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once all items are available.

• If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.

Additional Information

• Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

• Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Pretty Petty Co is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has shipped.
